Measurement Chart

A measurement chart is required to produce a Custom Made garment. This can be created one of two ways.

A web app that breaks configuration of Custom Made garments into manageable sections, each guiding you through the measurement process.

Fill in by hand

Download the latest version of the form from our website and complete with pen and paper. When you’ve filled in everything, scan this on your phone/copier and upload as an attachment to the relevant item in the portal.
