The original kinesiology tape

Kinesiology tape is used in clinics to help manage lymphoedema, particularly for areas of the body where compression is difficult to apply. Taping assists with lymphatic drainage by allowing lymph to move to an area which is less congested. Once in position, the tape gently lifts the skin, thereby helping the fluid to move into the deeper lymphatics.
