Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order: There is no minimum order for Haddenham LLC customers.
Terms: Net 30 days. All invoices outstanding after 30 days of invoice date are subject to finance charges at the rate of +5% per month on the unpaid balance. Unpaid invoices may result in your account being frozen and being sent to collection and/or legal action filed. All reasonable costs for collection and legal fees will be chargeable to the customer.
Freight/Delivery: Standard ground shipping charge of $10.00 applies to each order. Additional charges may be levied for express shipping. Delivery times are approximate and are dependent on the order being received and complete. Haddenham LLC cannot be held responsible for a courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or any other exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Claims: 21 days for damages, shortages, billing, or shipping disputes. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 21 days of shipment.
Prices: Discounts, delivery charges, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of any sales tax.
Online Order Portal Discount:A 2.5% discount will be applied to all orders using our online portal: https://portal-us.haddenham.com
Discounts apply to a single order shipped to one destination.
Returns Policy: There is a maximum 90 day time limit in which to return all Haddenham LLC products. The following information is required for a return authorization:
- Product Code (SKU)
- Reason for return
- All applicable invoice numbers
Applicable Fees: The following fees apply to all Haddenham LLC products returned that are not defective or a result of a shipping error:
- 2.5% inspection and restocking charge if the product has not been used and can be readily restocked.
- 5% inspection and restocking charge on all returns if the product has not been used, but repackaging is necessary.
30 Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30 day Total Satisfaction Guarantee, ensuring that you have ample time to assess our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within this 30 day period, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for a full refund.
Warranty: All Haddenham LLC medical compression products are guaranteed against defects in material and manufacture. Specific warranty terms vary per product. Please consult each individual product’s ‘Instructions for Use’ for details.
The warranty is only valid if the ‘Instructions for Use’ are followed properly. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or where it can be shown the application or care instructions have not been followed correctly.
Haddenham LLC reserves the right to replace or repair at its discretion.

Instructions for use are available on request. Haddenham LLC assumes no liability as a result of any contraindicated use of products.
